Returns Policy
PLEASE NEVER RETURN ANY ITEMS WITHOUT THE BLUE FORM OR 4 DIGIT GRA NUMBER - PLEASE BEGIN THE PROCESS BY FILLING OUT THE WARRANTY CARD FOR ALL RETURNS...SEE BELOW:
Warranty
Stareast provide a 12 month warranty only replacement. If manufacturers provide an extended warranty, notice will be given with relevant material included with the item. If the item(s) was purchased more than twelve months from date of invoice, Stareast will not accept return of the item.

The warranty card and application outlines and contains our procedures with return and warranty requests. This will allow us to approve ligitimite returns before they are sent to us for a claim. Once this form has been completed and sent to us we can then proceed to the processing stage. In the processing stage, we validate warrnaties before we provide you with a GRA (Goods Return Authority) number that you will need to write on our official GRA form that must be included with the returned goods. The GRA form must be filled in correctly and can be found when you CLICK HERE.
***No returns can be accepted without the warranty application form and a GRA form with a GRA number supplied by us***
Please also note without the respective invoice(s) providing us with proof of purchase, you will be unable to return the item(s). In some cases with management approval only, you are able to return goods without proof of purchase but it would be best to CONTACT US first to discuss preferably via email.
Incorrectly Ordered &/or Unwanted Items
If an item(s) has been opened, installed, used or misused, it cannot be returned. Please ensure the item(s) purchased is still in tact, is in a saleable condition and in the same packaging initially provided if you wish to return any incorrectly ordered or unwanted goods. If the item(s) was purchased more than 30 days from date of invoice, Stareast will not accept return of the item(s).
Stareast company policy is not to refund any freight, handling or credit card surcharges incurred on the original invoice for any incorrectly ordered or unwanted goods. We will issue credit to your account or refund to your Credit Card in Australian dollars. The cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer. Stareast will also at it's discretion impose a restocking fee in accordance with it's terms and conditions depending on the condition of the item, the state of it's original packaging and the circumstances of the sale.
A GRA form is also required to be filled in and submitted with your return(s). It can be found when you CLICK HERE.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise Received
We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise in the rare event that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. We will also arrange for a pickup of the incorrecrly received items at no cost to you although no material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility so please get in touch with us via our CONTACT US FORM or call us on 02 9792 5988 (+61 2 9792 5988) so that we can quickly arrange for the issue to be resolved.
